1. About Karla's Manicures
These terms and conditions apply to all nail services provided by Karla McCabe trading as Karla's Manicures. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Karla before your appointment is secured. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been reviewed and approved.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you once confirmed. Please arrive on time as late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel at short notice.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash or bank transfer.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
We do not currently accept card payments at the venue.
5. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your appointment that may affect your treatment.
All tools and equipment are properly sanitised between clients following professional hygiene standards.
If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to protect other clients and staff.
6. Service Expectations
We strive to provide high-quality nail services and will discuss your requirements before starting any treatment.
Results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails and aftercare.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the requested treatment may damage your nails or is not suitable.
7. Liability and Disputes
While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, you acknowledge that nail treatments carry some inherent risks.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We recommend clients have appropriate insurance if needed.
Any concerns about your treatment should be raised with us directly so we can work together to resolve them.
8. General Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available when booking.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
